Lisa Ann graduated with great distinction from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1990. She has more than seventeen years experience in civil litigation in areas including personal injury, employment, business torts, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage. Lisa Ann has drafted employment handbooks and provided legal advice to senior management regarding employment law issues. She has also presented seminars to Sonoma County employers regarding employment law topics including wage and hour law, leaves of absence, prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, investigation of sexual harassment claims, discipline and termination of employees, and prevention of and response to wrongful termination claims.

Lisa Ann has also provided legal and business advice to upper level management of large corporations including the insurance, fitness, food, and entertainment industries.

While in law school, Lisa Ann received the Moot Court Award for Outstanding Excellence and she was a Moot Court Written and Oral Competition Finalist. She also received the AmJur Award as the top student in her Employment Discrimination Law course.

Lisa Ann is an Associate Professor at Sonoma State University, teaching Employment Law and other law classes in the Paralegal Certificate Program.

Lisa Ann is active in Merryhill School and the Annadel Youth Soccer Club.
