Ashlee Hellman’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and estate administration. Ashlee works with both individuals and families in developing their estate plan, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Ashlee also handles all aspects of decedent’s estate administration including probates and trust administrations.
Ashlee is a life-long resident of Sonoma County, having been raised in Sebastopol. She completed her undergraduate education at Sonoma State University, receiving dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies. Ashlee later attended Empire College School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, receiving a Master’s in Legal Studies and Juris Doctorate. While at Empire, Ashlee participated in a variety of clinics, including the Family Law Clinic, Small Claims, Disability Law Clinic and Legal Aid Clinic.
Ashlee is a member of the California State Bar and the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section. Ashlee’s interests include spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, enjoying local restaurants and attending the many Town of Windsor community events.
