“My practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, real property transfers, and tax, including federal estate and gift taxes and California property tax. By using a client-centered approach, I strive to meet each client’s goals and legal needs.”
Candice Raposo’s practice focuses on estate planning, encompassing drafting revocable living trusts, wills, advance health care directives and powers of attorney; trust administration; administration of decedent’s estates (Probate); real property transfers; and tax, including federal estate and gift taxes and California property tax.
When drafting estate plans, Candice utilizes a client centered approach. Candice meets with each estate planning client to explore their goals and wishes, their financial position, the nature of their property, and to discuss possible tax implications to the disposition of their property. Also, when counseling clients on the administration of an estate or trust, Candice simplifies and makes clear the numerous legal consequences and legal responsibilities that arise. Candice strives to meet each of her client’s goals and legal needs.
