Dominic’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and administration, conservatorships, and related litigation. Dominic focuses on all aspects of an estate plan, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. He also handles all aspects of the probate and trust administration of a decedent’s estate.
Prior to joining Spaulding McCullough & Tansil, Dominic worked in the office of the Sonoma County Public Administrator/Guardian/Conservator as a Deputy while attending law school. In his role as a Deputy, Dominic assisted in petitioning for both LPS (Lanterman-Petris-Short) and Probate conservatorships to protect individuals with mental illness and dependent adults with major neurocognitive disorders.
Dominic was born and raised in Sonoma County. He received his undergraduate degree in Sociology at Sonoma State University and attended Empire College School of Law, graduating as Valedictorian of his class. While at Empire College, Dominic participated in a variety of clinics, including Small Claims, Legal Aid of Sonoma County, and Family Law. He also earned Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence as the top student in Torts, Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Real Property.
Dominic is a member of the California State Bar and the Sonoma County Bar Association, in which he participates in the Trust and Estates Section, and the Diversity and Inclusion Section. Dominic’s interests include spending time with his family, cooking for family and friends, and traveling to new destinations.
