My goal is to solve problems. Some disputes truly call for a courtroom, but many can be resolved without the financial and emotional toll of trial. When a case can only be decided by a judge or jury, I step in with clear, focused advocacy to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients. I also recognize when a practical or pragmatic solution will best serve my clients, and I work efficiently to secure resolutions that are fair, realistic, and aligned with their goals.

Regan V. Masi is a civil litigator with extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in trial, arbitration, and mediation. His practice focuses on resolving disputes efficiently and strategically, whether through negotiation, settlement, or litigation. While fully prepared to take matters to trial, Regan emphasizes thoughtful and intentional approaches that can often resolve conflicts without the need for prolonged proceedings.
Regan works closely with attorneys across the firm’s practice areas, drawing on a broad range of subject matter experience to address complex and unique disputes. A lifelong Sonoma County resident and Air Force veteran, he brings perspective and determination to his practice.
Regan earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies, both magna cum laude, from Empire College School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State University. He is a member of the California Bar Association and the Sonoma County Bar Association, where he serves as a Board Member and Chairperson of the Civil Bench Bar Committee.
