SMT featured in the Press Democrat’s September 30, 2016 North Bay People & Business Showcase

In 1996, attorneys Greg Spaulding, Kevin McCullough and Jan Tansil, along with Warren Dranit, Terry Sterling and Karin Beam, created Spaulding McCullough & Tansil LLP (SMT), a full service law firm. SMT has since grown to 19 accomplished attorneys accompanied by an incredible staff that provides personalized and responsive client service. The firm serves clients with business matters, labor and employment, litigation, trusts and estates, intellectual property and real property matters.

The attorneys and staff of SMT recently celebrated their 20 year anniversary with a party at their Santa Rosa office, attended by clients and friends. Park Avenue Catering fashioned a beautiful array of gourmet foods to pair with fine Sonoma County wines and premier local craft beer. In one of SMT’s conference rooms, guests browsed through pictures highlighting the many events held over the years at SMT.

The party was not just a celebration of two decades of providing excellent legal services to SMT’s clients, but also of the firm’s core culture. In reflecting on the festivities, Warren Dranit commented, “While it’s wonderful to celebrate that our firm has lasted a couple of decades, for me it was also a celebration of SMT being a great place to work. As I look around, I see a wonderful group of people who are not just dedicated to excellence in our craft but who also appreciate the humanity of spending each day together.”
